I recently read an article about the best rolling pin to use and it was a basic wooden pin with some raised grain which allows the flour to adhere to the pin and preventing the dough from sticking to the pin. Low and behold an identical pin is now available from Lee Valley Tools. The price is great, and customer service is top notch.
