A little party kept me busy Saturday night and I remembered to snap a couple pictures…
Smoked salmon on mini cheddar and herb scones with a Dijon caper relish and fresh dill sprig.

Another original creation… Triple blue cookies. Blue cheese and puff pastry cookie base topped with gorgonzola cream and blueberry ginger compote. Big flavours!
Sesame Beef Skewers… Marinated Flanksteak grilled and brushed with a sesame soy glaze and toppedĀ sesame seeds, and fresh scallions.
Rosemary chevre and fig crostini. Toasted baguette slices with fig jam, Rosemary infused goat cheese, and a prosciutto crisp.
Just a few of the items offered and I have many more ideas for tasty bites that you and your guests would enjoy.
